How do I recharge Hafilat online?
Open the recharge page, enter your 16-digit serial, choose an AED amount, add your email, then continue to secure card payment.
What amount can I top up?
Free input from AED 10 to 500. Optional presets (20, 30, 50, 100, 150) are shortcuts only.
How does the hafilat card balance check work?
On the balance page, enter your serial. The demo always shows AED 1.50 so you can decide whether to top up.
Which cards are accepted for payment?
Visa and Mastercard on the billing page. Other card networks are not accepted on this flow.
How long does a top-up take?
After a successful payment you see a confirmation screen. Timing on the transit side can vary by network load.

Is Hafilat Desk a government portal?
No. We are an independent helper for Abu Dhabi riders — not a government authority.
